Just called for help and information on having a heating unit installed in my hot tub. I was referred from Regina Pool & Spa, The woman who answered the phone was rude, I gave her brief information on my situation, She asked for my information to have Scott call me. I asked an estimate when i would be receiving the call. She responded a few days, surprised i asked why few days and who's Scott, she rudely responded how hes the owner and the only technician. As if i would know any of that information prior to calling a Business how many employees it employs. I quickly responded and told them just to have Scott call me and responded "Have a Nice Day"
