This is one of the worst experience I had with a plumbing company. Do not use their services. I told them that my handicapped father who can’t walk uses this restroom and has to be moved in a wheelchair. The plumber came. Left without giving any feedback. Then said that insurance company has denied claim. Collected 125 dollars in advance. When I said I would like u to help me out urgently as I will deal with insurance later. They told me it would be 500 dollars, no credit and can’t coke until Friday. I hope that one day they will have a family member and they would know what it means to make them suffer. No empathy and no respect.
