I could not be happier about having a dry basement. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, patient, friendly, professional. Dave and his team, the men who did the work, were the same, very helpful, patient, friendly and professional. Most of all they treated me with respect. I greatly appreciate that. Anchor came highly recommended to me and I intend to do the same, I will highly recommend Anchor to family and friends. Thank you.

Had Anchor come out and quote me on a small basement waterproofing job. The owner actually came out to inspect and quote me. He was very personable and friendly. Made me feel confident in his company and their work. He also beat everyone else's price by miles!!! UPDATE: The crew just finished the install. The two guys that did the work were incredibly professional and treated me with a great deal of respect. They were courteous and made sure to keep me informed as they worked. The finished job looks great. The office staff seem a bit confused and unorganized but that aside I would most definitely contract with Anchor again.
I met with one of the owners at my home with less than 24 hours notice. He arrived a little early - which I appreciated - and was more than thorough with his initial review and potential solutions. We haven't had the work performed yet but if the initial consultation is any indication we're in fantastic hands!
So generally speaking, whenever I need something done for any reason, it almost always ends up being a huge fiasco with several unanticipated obstacles forcing me to pay more money and spend more time than I had originally planned. I fully expected this to be the case with my basement. It looked like a war zone BEFORE Anchor got there, and I was terrified about what they were going to say. Well. Let me just say that Mike and Anthony came to my house as scheduled, did a review of the basement, acknowledged that it was going to be a big job, and then got to work. They were professional, clean, hardworking, and pleasant to talk to. They kept me updated every day on the progress they were making, and a job that I thought would take 5-7 days they completed in three. The peace of mind that I now have knowing that I can finish my basement (that was finished when I bought the house, but had to be demolished because of regular flooding) is immeasurable. Anchor was responsive and made a process I was positive was going to be a nightmare an absolute dream. They have encouraged me to reach out to them with any questions or issues that I may have, and I trust that they will keep their word. Proud that a local company has such a high level of integrity. Go with them, you won't be disappointed.
February 2020, I was referred to Anchor Waterproofing by a previous customer of theirs. They came highly recommended. I had the unfortunate experience of hiring someone to do the job that started it and didn't come back to work for 5 months. An appointment for an estimate was scheduled by Laure who was very personable and friendly over the phone. Matt came out and provided us with an estimate.I appreciated Matt's honest assessment of my situation and recommendations. He advised the estimate was current and was no rush, whenever I was ready to get it done. I received a follow up call and text from Laure regarding wanting to move forward with the job. I expressed I needed to obtain financing for the job and once that was done I'd reach out to make an appointment. Last week I called Laure and we scheduled the appointment. Joe and Jason came on time as the message stated and was finished the job midday. Thanks to Laure, Matt, Joe and Jason for excellent customer service from start to finish. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I was told it was a \family\ owned and operated business. I'm happy with my end result and I will tell anyone who needs this service to go with Anchor.
