Best cellphone repair service in MD, don't even bother going anywhere else; unless of course, it's another forever wireless. I've had several phones repaired over the years by FW and I'm always happy leaving. Casey runs a great business with knowledgeable and professional staff. Most recently I had an IPhone repaired at Howard st. Location, Zain kept in touch all day to ensure I was able to fit on the schedule at one of their locations. I never even left my car, the technician came to my car in the rain and picked the phone up. He returned 20 minutes later with a working phone and provided me with some valuable information, again in the rain. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name, but CTE lol. He was fast, professional and helpful. I recommend Forever Wireless to everyone!

For months, running around dealing with COVID I have nursed a phone that required charging every couple of hours. This weekend I almost bought a new phone. Found this site within walking distance of work. They confirmed the need for battery, had it replaced in 90 minutes and had the 3 1/2 year old iPhone functioning like new today at 1/10 the price of what another phone would have cost. My wife will be by to replace the battery in her iPhone too! Thanks Team!
