We attended the sushi couples cooking class and cannot recommend it enough. Chef Pat was awesome and very knowledge. We felt like making sushi at home was very doable after leaving the class. There was a good mix of technique reviews and actual cooking. We would definitely sign up for another class.

Ordered supplies to pick up for bread making and baking. Very convenient. Efficiently run. Easy pick up from their window that opens to the sidewalk.

UPDATE July 2020 - virtual classes These virtual classes are amazing. I really applaud them for pivoting their business. Wow, what a great activity for these crazy times. It allowed me to stay home safely yet experience something new, connect with others, and have a restaurant quality meal. The instructor was WONDERFUL. Perfect pacing. I really enjoyed the opportunity to shop for ingredients for myself too. It made substitutions easy and I doubled the recipe. Do a virtual class!! In person classes: I can't say enough great things about my experience here! Such a fun active alternative to going out to dinner. No matter your level of cooking experience, the recipes and instruction make it easy to have fun making an amazing meal. The first 20 minutes were instruction, the next hour and a half were prepping and cooking, then we sat and ate a 5 dish meal together. BYOB is nice. They put out a cheese plate for us while we cooked. I did a menu based class which I think would be more fun than a skills based class. Great activity with a friend, alone, or small group. Can't wait to go back.

I’ve attended two course here in the past and loved it! Currently sitting on a GC and can’t wait to use this once things get back to normal! I felt like writing this review because of the experiences I’ve had there and how engaged they are with their customers these troubling days. The emails about at home recipe kits and now online cooking courses bring a smile to my face, I think we’re going to be just fine.
