Had to schedule appointment for 20 July 2020 at 1030 AM. ARRIVED at 0940 and the folks at the Baltimore VPC were more than happy to begin my appointment early. Pre-inspection and inspection check sheet were complete by 1003 AM. Vivian was a star. Large, ample waiting room and everyone was wearing a mask due to COVID. David Taylor and Ms Vivian were rockstars that day. I finished my appointment at 1022z before it was even supposed to begin.
Process of shipping my vehicle was quick and easy. We made sure the car was washed and detailed before we brought it. We also made sure we had all the correct paperwork. They were turning a lot of people away or making them wait longer because they didn't follow directions. If you check out their website it gives specific instructions. If you follow them to the letter, you will have no problem.

Very uneven in their cleanliness requirements. Depends on who does the inspection. One guy passed us and another failed us when we came back from burning off gas. Just had the car cleaned inside and out and still not good enough for a car coming from the Florida beaches.
