My fiancé and I took a wedding tour of the venue this past weekend and we were truly amazed on how the place looked! The place gives you that early to mid 19th century feel, with high ceilings and long windows for natural lighting. With fancy chandeliers that will get your attention once you walk into the room! These two rooms are on the first floor, accross from one another. They have other rooms, but when having a ceremony/reception you have to use the same floor.

Everything about our wedding was amazing, but especially having it at the Belvedere! We had our rehearsal dinner at the 13th floor, wedding in the 12th floor ballrooms and our after party at The Owl Bar. Everything under one roof! The staff there, Kat and Jenn made everything seamless and were a joy to work with. I enjoyed speaking with Kat and Jenn so much that by the wedding day I was sad I wouldn’t have a reason to bug them anymore! It was such a relief knowing that they do this every day that they have the timeline and efficiency down pat. They gave us great vendor recommendations and coordinated everything for us, including chasing down our band weeks before the wedding. Our attendant the day of was phenomenal, she made sure we had everything we needed, got everywhere on time and that we got moments alone. The food was great and the chef did a great job with some special requests. They set up all my décor (other than vendors) and tore and packed everything down at the end of the night. We had our rehearsal dinner at the 13th Floor on 2/14/2020. We had 35 guests and everything went really well. During the planning process we selected linens, the menu, and the layout of the space. The venue printed menu cards for us. The night time view is great, they have some background lighting that can change color to match your colors, plenty of space to mingle and then have an area for sit-down. They also have music available (Pandora, Sirus XM, or you could plug in your own phone with your own playlist). We were able to have beer/wine paid for and then allowed a cash bar for those who wanted extra. We were all greeted with wine upon exiting the elevator too! There are separate upstairs bathrooms for the private event that are nice and clean. The pricing wasn't too expensive (especially since it was technically a holiday on a Friday night, Valentine's) and the food was great too. The entree portions were very large! The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Our event planner (with the Belvedere), Erin, did a great job communicating via email regarding any questions or concerns we had. She was there on the night of the event and was on top of everything! It was overall a great experience!
The staff at Belvedere & Co. Events are incredible! We have hosted numerous corporate events, from Happy Hours in the Owl Bar, to holiday parties on the 13th Floor, to large scale meetings in the ballrooms and smaller scale meetings in conference rooms. For each event, the staff works diligently to ensure our needs are prioritized and attended. The lobby staff is always friendly, the housekeeping and facilities team keep the entire facility looking TOP notch (the holidays are decorated beautifully) and the event staff's courtesy, hospitality and professionalism is unparalleled!
Kat was a God send and the entire team were amazing. We were married there 11/7/15 and it was literally the wedding of my dreams (I loved this venue even as a little girl). Folks are still talking about the experience... thanks to the Belvedere & Co. team for such a memorable event.
