I called and needed a chimney lining because I needed to replace a hot water heater. I didn’t know anything about this except what I had googled. Mario explained everything to me and I felt the stress melting away. They were booked out - do to great service I’m sure- and I needed the lining immediately so I couldn’t go with them. I now know exactly how to explain things and what to lookout for and what to stay away from thanks to great advice. 5 star treatment deserves to be recognized! Thanks

B&H did my last chimney inspection and cleaning. They were very friendly and professional. The report I received after the inspection was thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend them!
I am satisfied of the work of B&H chimney sweepers. They (1) called 2 days in advance to remind us about the scheduled visit; (2) came on time; (3) were polite; (4) took care to avoid any mass in the room; (5) had adequate equipment; (6) worked carefully, and (7) cleaned thoroughly after them. Only the recommendations they left seem to me a bit beyond the line of the common sense.
This is the only company I trust to clean my chimney. We have an aging wood stove, which requires greater care than a simple fireplace. B&H carefully preps the area, inspects the interior, disassembled fragile parts, sweeps from the roof and inspects the exterior chimney. They do a thorough job.
