We searched for a particular used vehicle for weeks. We found one at Bob’s. We are over 2 hours away and I called 10 minutes before closing one night. Sarah and Chris were fantastic finding me a salesman to talk to. Mo stepped up and we spoke about my concerns. Next thing he’s out in the cold under the vehicle in the dark with 2 phones to video chat me what the underside looks like! From there everything was simple. We got the vehicle we were looking for with minimal trouble even during COVID. Thanks Mo and everyone at Bob Davidson Ford!!

I called on Friday morning, inquiring about a white Lincoln Navigator that I had seen online. Within a few hours, I had SEAMLESSLY purchased my car with the help of Sarah Christman, Blake Schindler, Robert Vecera and Mike Markakis. They had assured me that it would arrive by 9:00am - It actually arrived early and was at my doorstep by 8:30am. Buying a car can often feel like a daunting experience.
