Char'd City is very promising restaurant that could easily be five stars. My order smelled great. The crab pizza has plenty of crab, and the prefect amount of old bay style seasoning. However, the crust was soaked through in the center. Ruined an otherwise great crust. The wings are big and meaty. Honey old bay style seasoning was a fantastic blend. But, three of the four mini drum sticks were undercooked, w visible blood and pink meat. A few more minutes in the fryer would've cooked them through. Perhaps the wings were bigger than usual, affecting cooking time. Finally, the arugula salad was lightly dressed, and was a delight to eat. Next time I'd add some shrimp to round it out. Overall, I would recommend, but hope they address these issues.

best pizza in the city, I'm so glad they're my neighborhood pizza joint. the vegan tortufo is to die for. I love their salads and their crispy appetizers too.

Service was amazing! I will say brussel sprouts seem to be a thing on everyone's menu but hands down nobody makes them better than this place. Fried pickles also awesome. Definitely worth checking it out!

Char’d City has a great variety of vegan options. Unlike a lot of vegan pizzas, theirs has a good vegan cheese that actually melts and has decent flavor. So far I’ve tried both the Vegan Veggie and the Vegan Pesto pizzas which were both good! My new recent found favorite is their Vegan cheesesteak. It’s one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve ever had and it’s hands down the best vegan cheesesteak I’ve tasted. Could do without the smoked ketchup that comes with the curly fries but otherwise a great meal! If you’re vegan/vegetarian, definitely consider Char’d City.

We tried this place for the first time and will definitely be back! Ordered two pizzas and wings. Wings were spicy and delish. The arugula on the pizza was so good and not bitter like arugula usually is. The crust stands alone, it is sweet and salty and crunchy. Mmmm. Can’t wait to go back! Also they had a great special of buy one get one half off. Great deal!

Unfortunately after tonight I doubt I’ll ever come here again, which is too bad since I live nearby. I placed my order at 6:45 pm and received a notification that it would be ready for pick up at 7:15. We ordered a simple margarita pizza and wings. My bf arrived at 7:20 and there was already a group of customers outside waiting and upset about not receiving their orders. After standing for 15 mins with no word from any employee a customer finally took the initiative to speak with someone about the orders. The music inside was blasting so loud they literally had to yell across the room to communicate. There were also people preparing the food with NO MASKS on. When he got the food at 7:45 he asked the girl working if the sauce he received was ranch (I’m allergic to blue cheese). She abruptly said yes it’s ranch, without even apologizing about the delay of the order. The wings did not taste the same as last time (EXTREMELY salty and not cooked right) and the sauce was NOT ranch as we were told, it was blue cheese. The pizza was okay, although I wish it would’ve had more than one leaf of basil on it. Really disappointing experience.
