Alex and Rob were great! They were a half hour early! The original time window given to us was 10:00-2:00 and they came at 9:30. They not only inspected the fireplace and chimney, but showed us how to us it because we had never used a fireplace before. They were very professional and friendly. We will definitely use this company again and will be requesting Alex and Rob!

We originally asked them for cleaning our chimneys (we have 3), after we moved to our new house. Jason came over and did a full inspection of the chimneys (with the report pdf that was sent to us later), only to tell us that our chimneys are clean and don’t need cleaning. He charged us 10% of what we originally agreed to pay (for cleaning). We later had trouble using our wood burning chimney (it was very smoky) and being anxious about a problem, we called charmed chimney again. Jason came over again and explained to us how using a large wood burning fireplace is more tricky than a small one, showing us how to “prime” the chimney before using it. This time he didn’t charge us anything since he said there was nothing to fix. We would have been happy to pay and he insisted on not receiving a payment. Jason and this company are great. Their prices are great, their quality of work and knowledge is great, their personality is great! I will call them back for our next fireplace service and will happily recommend/refer them to other people.
An excellent company. They were upfront, on time, friendly, and honest. My fireplace has very light carpet in front of it and I expected some shoe prints or minimal mess from the cleaning. Absolutely no sign that they had been in the fireplace! Without a doubt the best service in the area. Thank you again!
I have used Charmed for several services. They did the chimney inspection on a home I was purchasing. I then hired them to do the work after I bought the home. Their staff are professional and very hard-working. I had a small water leak coming from my furnace chimney. They came out, assessed it, sealed it, and gave me a quote in the event that what they did wasn't sufficient. Another great experience.
All-around great experience! Hired this company for chimney flue and roof flashing repair. They completed the repairs quickly, didn’t make a mess in the house, price was great, very nice. Awesome job. I’d definitely hire them again
