Awesome experience, I typically wait until the last minute to prepare for an event. Grace was so gracious and accommodating! She not only had a beautiful off the rack gown, It was altered while we waited. I will definitely continue to support this establishment

Excellent option for African garments and accessories, as well as Covid-19 masks and hair coverings. The owner is also a seamstress and will custom design or alter, as needed. She is very quick and pleasant.

Summer Time

It feels bright, warm and welcoming from the moment you step inside. Africa is everywhere from floor to ceiling (even the window curtains). The owner can take a style and customize it to fit you perfectly. When she said it would be ready, it was on time and perfect. Customer service and attention to detail is her gift. Come and see for yourself!

Visited Effe & Co looking for a gown to wear to a Gala that my sorority, Delta Sigma Theta was having the next day. As soon as I explained what I needed I was taken to a room filled with beautiful hand made dresses. When I saw this off the shoulder gown (my signature look) I had to have it! It was if the dress was made for me! I received so many compliments during the event I attended! If you are ever in need of quality made african attire go to Effe & Co she has what you need and if she doesn't she will make it for you!!!! Her shop is very clean and very welcoming, and the customer service is superb!
