The visitor and Educator center was closed, except the bathrooms, but we walled the bike path and we got great pics of the harbor and cannons. Theres a tree memorial and couple statues for history buffs. We got a couple shots of the outside of the fort but would love to come back when everything is open. We were satisfied with just the beauty and simplicity and know post covid it has the potential to offer more.

Beautiful park right on the water. Perfect for walking/jogging, picnics. Parking and entrance to the visitor center are free, and for a small cost you can tour the actual Fort McHenry.

So due to COVID19 a lot of Fort McHenry National Monument museum and canons are closed off from the public. There is still a super nice walking trail around the sea wall and it’s one of the prettiest places in Baltimore. Also has a bunch of historical signs etc giving the history of the Star Spangled banner. The fact that there is ample free parking is also a major plus. No electric scooters though. Also tiny tiny trash cans.

It was a good day to go there. Cool breeze. Nice place for kids to bike and have fun. We played football, tag and frisbee. People were socially distanced and were aware of the surrounding. It was the first time we went outside since Covid-19. Had a wonderful time.

Beautiful park right on the water. Perfect for walking/jogging, picnics. Parking and entrance to the visitor center are free, and for a small cost you can tour the actual Fort McHenry. Easy access to the water taxi that takes you into the inner harbor.
