Should be 0 stars. This place is horrible. I have been here 15 months and heat/ac is always messed up. They play this game where they send the maint man, who knows nothing, and heat/ac never gets fixed. They have this computerized thermostat that they don't know how to work, they eventually called a contractor and he had no clue but told the manager it was fixed. Her and the maint man need to be fired. She likes to hide. RUN LIKE HELL!!!!! BEAUTIFUL PROP BUT TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. WE NEED JENNIFER BACK.

Courteous and prompt. Staff answered all questions. I enjoyed the experience and my interview with Mr. William.

UPDATE: You'll never have AC or Heat, worked on that my entire year long lease, Kids run up and down the halls, elevator is broke every other week and constant fights. And always . Always. Always the smell of weed. Went down hill after the first month and lease office hours are always changing. Neighbor of mine just got stabbed outside the building like a month ago and always a crowd outside at night. AND THERE IS NO PARKING that parking garage has 8 spaces for a 41 unit building ... and two space HAVE to be for maintenance. So 6 and theres a fee IF you get a space to lease . so far so good, I received two call backs and prompted emails back. Hoping the place is as good as the website shows

Applied a year ago before they opened and was denied due to exceeding income limits. Then two months later they changed there income limits and when I called and emailed them asking if my application would be considered now that I am in income limits range. I never received a reply.
