I am selling a 4-bedroom house in Baltimore and I decided to downsize. I probably looked at more than a dozen properties. Ultimately, I found a house to rent that provided the space I needed. But, boy oh boy, the folks at Hanover Cross Street made that decision very hard to make. The units I looked at there were outstanding. Beautiful finishes and well designed. But even more than that, the staff is outstanding. From being greeted warmly and professionally, to giving me a personal tour of the building and grounds, to securing for me a very strong price offer on a 2-bedroom unit, the staff at Hanover Cross Street went above and beyond. I had to think long and hard before I went with the house. I will tell everyone who asks, if you are looking for a new apartment, check out Hanover Cross Street first. It's a somewhat hidden gem that you need to find!

I visited a few living spaces to consider while my home is being built and although I found a few apartments I liked, I really liked Hanover but my decision was due to the amazing hospitality and customer service from DJ. She made the process so easy and her personality was so warm and serving that I felt already at home. I am excited about my time at Hanover! Thank you DJ for being such an amazing sweet spirit.

While visiting my friend in Baltimore I have to say this property is immaculate!! The unit my friend stays in reminded me of a well built home! At some points I forgot I was actually in an apt building because it was so quiet. Usually in apt building you can hear everything the neighbors are doing and or talking about! I can say I didn’t! If I were to move to Baltimore this complex would be my first stop! Thank you all for doing your part in making this visiting experience great!

I love this place and wish I lived here! Every time I come and visit my friends it’s such a breath of fresh air to be there. The courtyard is kept nice and neat, the gym is great and the apartment size is amazing too. DJ, one of the managers on site, is such a pleasure and is always willing to help! I definitely recommend this property.
