I’ve used their home inspection service 3 times now and every inspector has been extremely thorough, professional and honest in the interest of the buyer. I’ve gotten great home advice and recommendations that look out for safety and cost efficiency. Scheduling is always a breeze with Michele in office. Always helpful and very pleasant. Through all the stresses of home buying (first time), using Home Check Inspections for our home inspection was one of the few stress relievers. Seriously. They were very thorough, and issued their very detailed report for our use - the next day. Not only that, but they were very responsive to our questions, and were very helpful in understanding not only what issues were present at our - new - 100-year old house, but how to properly maintain just about every area of our new home. To top it off, they were very affordable! I recommend them without reservation if you are performing a home inspection of your newly purchased home.
The team at HomeCheck were incredibly responsive, prompt, and flexible--even coming out to perform our inspection in a snow storm. Michele was a pleasure to work with, and Don provided valuable insight during his inspection. They've made the preparation for listing our rental property an absolute breeze.

Home Check gave us the confidence and peace of mind we desperately needed while purchasing our first home. They were super flexible to make room in the schedule for multiple inspections on a tight timeline! Our inspector was super knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to explain his methods and findings throughout the home — pointing out some parts that were well-done and others that cause for concern. Best of all, they provided the inspection report back on the same day!! so we could quickly move forward with our negotiations. Overall I found their work to be extra thorough, useful. and trustworthy. The report was easy to follow, and contained images and details on inspection items that I didn't even know existed. The Termite inspection, Radon inspection, and Home inspection were all knocked out in a snap! I highly recommend this company if you want a pain-free home inspection, and will be calling them again next time.
