Dr. Groudon and his staff take good care of their patients especially the seniors. If they had a larger office, it would have been 5 Stars.

Ive been waiting here for 30 minutes, my appt was supposed to start 20 minutes ago. I asked why I haven’t been seen yet, as people are just sitting around, yet I was told there was no delay, no back up of patients, there’s NO ONE in the waiting room, yet they haven’t seen me yet. No explanation, my ticket is ready, the dr is here. What a horrible customer service experience.
I don't like to leave negative feedback but my bad experiences as a customer at Katzen at Mercy has prompted me to share my disappointment. Without a long winded explanation, the optical section has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever endured. I cut bait there months ago but needed a simple piece of information today. More disappointment was created when I telephoned today. I find their service to be rude, obtuse, and petty. I never want to speak with those *#@ again. I know I have to laugh and smile and stay away from Katzen. Life goes on. Peace.
I had a routine exam to check the health of my eyes as well as get an updated prescription for my contacts. At the end of the appt, the dr walked me to the cashier and told me to take care. I stopped him to ask him if I would be able to receive a trial pair of contacts for the new prescription he provided and curtly, he said, \If we have them in stock she'll give it\. He turned abruptly and left. They in fact had the contacts in stock so the cashier gave them to me after I paid the 60 contact fitting fee. The issue I have is I paid for a service I did not receive; I was not actually fitted for the contacts. I did not have my glasses so I had to find a seat in the waiting area and put the contacts in there. I was not given the opportunity to actually try the contacts on with the doctor or provide feedback on if the new prescription was appropriate. I am a lifetime contact wearer and never had this poor of an experience. Perhaps other types of people receive better service but I would not recommend.
Katzen Eye group Dr Grouden is a wonderful Doctor very pleasent an his staff that works with you is very helpful an very pleasent as well Great place to get ur eyes looked at an to get minor surgery done even if u was to move mess up with what they ask u to do they really work an talk to you nice an guide you back to the right way so u don't feel iuncmputful or nervous they make u feel safe !!!!
