This is where I work, so I can tell you its great people who run this place and are active in helping to better the neighborhood that the 65 acre spread sits on. It's a oil refinery and terminal for hot asphalt. We also rent dock space for the chicken company Purdue. We took a run down peice of land and breathed a second life into it.
Good Place to load. No BS, Straight to the point, Quick to start the job. Wish all loading racks was like this.
Very good client to load wax. Unbelievably quick service and extremely friendly people working here. I wish more customers were this good.
I worked here in the past and was happy with the management. Even though it's a very old and out dated facility, they sure can bring in the buisnesses to rent land for their own buisness. Alot of work has been done around the property to upgrade several aspects of the building's and ground's.
