Our family has utilized this practice for over 17 years. The physicians and staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, and cordial. The practice has grown substantially recently but the level of care has not diminished.

Worst experience of my life! Don't go here please save yourself! Thank god for good insurance and the ability to choose another doctor/ facility!!! I am having major health issues and they cannot figure out what's going on so the cop out is it's \anxiety\!! Don't go here if you want any answers or tests ordered for you! I asked for ct scan they said no reason. They seem to know nothing and both nurse practitioners put me down for co sleeping with my daughter. Really really awful experience!!!

This past month I visited Dr. Reddy in Carney. We were to talk about a work related issue and my health. She lazily didn't look into my notes and had me re fax information she already had so I could get a Doctor's note. The receptionists found it in the system but Dr. Reddy couldn't. By the time she saw it I was home. They were supposed to mail me the Doctor's note and I never received it. I go back to drop off paperwork today that needs to be filled out for my job because they wanted that instead of the note, which I still never received. I go home today and get a call that I have to pay for a video visit even though I've seen her already. I ask is there anything I can do not to pay since this was already discussed. I get told that she can't fill out the paper work now because they personally didn't diagnose me and I'd have to pay more to come in so they can re diagnose me. Patient 1rst diagnosed and faxed them over this information prior. I am upset. I am a self payer because I don't have insurance and I will now be looking for a different doctor who doesn't use her position just to make a buck. I work in the medical field and care about my clients. I wish she would do the same.

I have been coming to this location for years and have always have an wonderful experience. Every time I call I come in contact with Mrs. Bonnie who is OUTSTANDING!! She’s always fast understanding and helpful! When I came in I was greeted by Samie R. who’s energy and prompt attention was very refreshing and amazing. My doctor is Dr. McNeil who’s amazing as well. I would strongly recommend this facility to my family and friends. *PS I also spoke with their manager Tiffany who’s once again you guessed it AMAZING! The energy here is wonderful.

God help you if you ever need an answer to a question ,or results from a biopsy, or need a prescription changed due to persistent high blood pressure or any other situation in which you need your doctor. These people absolutely NEVER answer their phones. If you don't physically appear in front of them you don't exist. Even when you do physically appear in front of them, they do things to their convenience, not yours. Every single incidence of dealing with them requires an appointment so the most money will be accrued from you and your health. Everything is fine as long as you follow the cattle herd and don't disrupt them with your messy health problems that would require more than the usual lip service. If you ACTUALLY have a problem, GOD HELP YOU, because they wont.
