Great place to stay in Baltimore! We had the pleasure of staying here for a few months and loved it. A really safe and beautiful neighborhood to live in. Roman was the most hospitable Host that I have ever worked with. Whether you are staying here or any of his other locations, you are in for a nice and relaxing time!

Before I get to the details of the property I just have to say that Roman is by far the best host I’ve ever come in contact with on any platform. Strong, quick and clear communication are values my girlfriend and I seek with new properties and Roman has all 3. Now the property itself is definitely 5 stars. My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 months during a work contract and the place truly felt like a home. We would’ve stayed here longer had we extended our contract and would most definitely 100% stay here again. This property will suit you for a long stay or a short stay with ease and comfort. The bed is most comfortable and even has a futon in the living room for movie nights. We cooked almost every day and had all the supplies we needed.You’re a very short walk from great scenery, monument park and Mt. Vernon Market for great food. If you don’t have a vehicle but only have a bike like us, you’re set. If you love tall ceilings with tall windows in your living room for natural sun you’ll love this property. Top location and solid property.

We did a lot of research on a variety of potential apartments and ranked our options. Mount Vernon Flats were among our favorites due to a strong reputation to take care of problems quickly. I communicated with Roman and received fast responses. When we met in person, Roman was on-time, friendly, and informative. We loved the four apartments he showed us that were all well presented, in excellent condition, and seemed like great places to live. We eventually went with a larger apartment elsewhere, but would highly recommend Roman and Mount Vernon Flats based on our research and positive interactions with him.
