It was such a pleasure to work with One Source Contracting. We were fortunate enough to work with Todd and his team from the moment we bought our house who had creative and thoughtful design ideas to really improve our house and make it the perfect home for us. From the minute the work started until the very end, the team was easy to work with, respectful, and the work they produced was impeccable. The house was cleaned up every day after the work was complete. No stone was left unturned. People continuously comment on how gorgeous our home is and how amazing the renovations we did are. Todd's team provided us with the perfect blend of Baltimore history and charm with a modern feel. We could not be happier with the work.

We have used One Source repeatedly over the past 5 years since our move to Maryland. They've redone our kitchen, finished the basement, built a deck and and remodeled many other areas of our home. We like their positive attitude, and attention to detail. They like being creative in their solutions and were the only people game enough to tackle our under-deck storage shed, which turned out fantastic! Their can-do attitude always gave me confidence that no matter what unexpected things turned up during the project we would end up with a satisfactory solution. I would highly recommend them.
Working with One Source Contracting was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The estimate for the work was reasonable and communicating about the time frame and hours the workers would be at my house was equally good. I have been around home construction for several years and this has been the most pleasant interaction. The quality of the work is incredible and I'm very happy with how it has turned out. I look forward to working with One Source again soon, as I have many projects I need help with!
