I love the staff there. Dr Pham gave me a lot of advices on diet even though I was looking for ear treatment lol and my ear infection is totally cured after one week! Thank u guys

this place is SAFE FOR BLACK PEOPLE- one of the best doctor visits I've ever had in my 26 years of life. came in as a walk in for a dental emergency and I was seen & treated quickly and so warmly by all of the staff. the doctor who treated me was so generous and respectful to me. He gave me my medication and prognosis and I was out in less than a hour. thank you so much God Bless Yall

After putting off getting medical care for too long after being very sick, I finally forced myself to go to Patient First (Bayview). I was extremely impressed with the care I was given. From the time I walked in and registered to the time I left I received excellent care on every level. They all went above and beyond to provide the care I needed. And although it seemed busy with many patients, I didn't have to wait long at all for any of the procedures. Nor did I feel they were rushing me through. They all spent time with me and listened to my concerns and took the time needed to help me. I couldn't say enough how great they were. This positive experience makes me feel that I don't need to prolong getting care when I'm sick...and that gives me much needed peace of mind.

Everyone was very polite and I didn't wait long. They did everything to get me to feel comfortable. The doctor and other staff pick up in what was going.talk to me about my diagnosis and gave me plenty of knowledge of what was going on. I recommend patients first Bayview that's my number one healthcare place to go I think everyone for being so professional
