The whole Patterson Park area is a great recreational space, with many paths for walking/jogging/biking. The dog park is spacious, friendly and clean; it is divided into large and small dog areas, which is a great idea. Everyone we met here was friendly and nice, so I recommend a visit to all dogparents.

Such a needed amenity in the area. I really wish there were just a big field with actual grass, since one of my dogs has sensitive paws (and this park is all blacktop and fake grass hills). Still, I love the water feature and the spatial design is great.
Great place for dogs to run around off leash, and socialize. Relatively small space compared to the rest of the park, but still nice to have. Separate area available for smaller dogs, benches for sitting and fountains for dogs. Turf can become smelly, but it’s a dog park, so...
I call it the jungle because you never know what to expect when you go down there
