Evidently there is a special side door to go in for pick-up orders. Which is not clearly or openly labeled, if at all. If you go in the front door to pick up food they are VERY, VERY nasty about having to go in the back to get your food. 1960s lunch counter level of nasty. Also no social distancing by the employees behind the front podium/stand as you enter. No enforcement seen of customers keeping a mask on while not eating or drinking. The food is also mediocre here, not made as well or as tasty as other locations. The guy in the back where you pick-up orders though, 100% different attitude. Very welcoming, friendly, appreciative of your business, checking if you want to order anything else, telling you have a nice day, and to enjoy your order.

Server and Staff were almost perfect. A bit delayed with the cleaning of the tables despite not having heavy traffic. The host did ask if our table was dry and was given a reply but not a yes and our table was indeed wet. Clean but wet and the paper menu didn't agree with the moisture. I ordered the korean bulgogi steak it was DELICIOUS!!! The appetizers... shrimp and eggrolls were good. No alcohol was ordered but the servers and even food runners kept the refills coming. I mentioned the table situation because twice as I dined parties had to stand amidst other seated guests waiting for the table to be ready. Get a routine for the table cleaning and the 5th star rating would be a no-brainer.
Have gotten curbside pickup over the last few weeks. Each time was fast. The young man who is there Friday evenings around 8 PM is super polite and my order has been correct. It is also packed with care. The food is good. I love the flavor of the wonton soup but the wonton itself is a bit over cooked and the noodle is soggy. Food is consistently well prepared and what I expect from P.F. Chang's. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area.
Had a delious dinner... first time guest a P.F. CHANGS. nicer server. Recommend the happy hour for terrific prices on drinks and appetizers... which are very ample portions ..
Wonderful meal. The sushi is fresh and the cucumber in the spicy tuna crunches with a sweet after taste. Very fresh! The ramen noodles are my favorite. Can't wait to return.
