This has been the worst experience ever. I haven’t had my water dispenser for a year and I have already scheduled for them to come and pick it up. This company is a joke and they don’t care about the customers. I should have taken the reviews into consideration before I signed up. I was told that if I referred someone I would receive a 100 credit on my account. Lord story short, i referred a family member that signed up instantly and I never received the credit. I have called multiple times and each representative has given me the run around. It has been very unprofessional and irritating. I’ll be better off buying cases of water from the grocery store.

The Absolute worst. Difficult to speak to someone. Account information was linked with 4 other accounts which caused a mess. Invoices not mailed/emailed to us. Just a pain. I wish I took into account the other reviews I read before setting an account with them. Use Culligan, at least you can speak directly to a representative

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR. ReadyRefresh has specific instructions to KNOCK, and put bottles INSIDE. They did NOT knock. They did NOT bring ANYTHING inside. They did NOT take the empty bottles. (WHY all the voicemails and emails requesting “empty bottles” several times a week? Annoying.) 1. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR‼️ 2. I Live In A Condo, On The 22nd Floor. 3. 7 (5) Gallon Waters & 6 Cases of Bottled Water, Were LEFT In Our Common Foyer, BLOCKING My Door OUT! 4. MAJOR FIRE HAZARD‼️ 5. I called at 9AM to get immediate HELP. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was ASSURED I’d get a call back IMMINENTLY. 6. CALL BACK NEVER HAPPENED. 7. Called at 11:45AM. *On hold 10 minutes. * Spoke with a gentleman who said he’d transfer me to someone “higher-up.” * On hold for close to TWENTY minutes and was offered 50% off my next delivery for the “INCONVENIENCE.” I declined and asked for a supervisor. 8. I missed a scheduled NOON Zoom meeting, because I was still on hold. 9. On hold AGAIN until almost 1PM. 10. “Supervisor” offered 20 Off current delivery for the “INCONVENIENCE” and 15% 0ff “next 6 deliveries.” 11. I asked to speak with corporate. 12. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND I WAS LEFT IN A SEVERELY PRECIOUS AND DANGEROUS SITUATION. 13. Received an email from Elyse Ferreira-Consumer Experience Representative, requesting I “EMAIL back an explanation of the situation.” *MIND YOU IT WAS ALREADY IN THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM. 14. I called and left voicemail asking her to CALL ME. 15. As of 2:pm, NOTHING. 16. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND I COULD STILL BE IN A SEVERELY PRECIOUS AND DANGEROUS SITUATION.

ReadyRefresh constantly attempts to add a cup order to our bill - we have never ordered or received cups. We always ask that they only take and replace the empty water bottles, but apparently their delivery people can’t count because we always end up with too many bottles. Looking for another service ASAP.

Run as fast as you can and don't look back! They will change their prices without notice. Deliver items that you did not order and charge you for them. You'll speak with one representative who will tell you one thing and speak to someone else who will provide you a completely different information. They are the most frustrating, disorganized company I've had the displeasure of working with.
