I had a four-hour window today from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the technician to show up. He never showed up. I never received any calls or updates. When I called to ask what happened, they said they didn't know and couldn't even contact the technician. Complete waste of a day. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

Horrible, HORRIFIC, TERRIBLE, UNBELIEVEABLE ... The customer service center is outsourced and they are of NO help what so ever. I don't EVER want to purchase another thing from SEARS. I had to call 6 times to get transferred to the 7923 Belair Road STORE and then waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer that phone and I get an answering machine... WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I Didn't want to even give one star but it made me so I could post this review.... They don't deserve one star... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS... Look at the other reviews they are horrible... Get it together SEARS...

This is not a Sears Appliance Repair store. It is an Outlet store. Outlet stores do not sell parts and do not repair appliances.
