I am absolutely annoyed with this credit union. Customer service reps don’t do what they say they are going to do. We opened a checking account a week ago online and still have no information regarding the account. Her info can’t be verified over the phone and the branches closed without notice to customers. The communication is terrible with this bank and we will be closing down our accounts.

Has to be the worst decision in my life dealing with this credit union I’ve opened a account in March I have yet to be able to put any money into the account I can’t set up debit card I called today talked to someone on the phone who informed me my card was blocked I go to the branch store they say oh nothing is wrong with you card needless to say I try to receive a payment from a customer and the account is frozen so here I am on a three day weekend with no money and they have the nerve to try and charge me 2 overdraft fees for transaction that didn’t even go through this has to be the worst experience I ever dealt with and when I talk to Human Resources of my job I’m going to recommend we find some one else to partner with

The bank closes at 6:00 is what is listed, they were shut down and leaving out at 5:40pm and watched me pull up and processed to lock the doors in my face.

Very rude and ghetto and highly unprofessional they flagged my card lying saying it was used for fraud when i was the one using my card and they didn’t notify me at all when it was cancelled i was embarrassed trying use my card in the store and kept being declined they never reached out to me to verify anything but cancelled my card i do not recommend they lucky i can only give it 1 star if i can give 0 i would
