Been back and forward for two weeks for just three logos for my chefs jackets. Got here and the same thing. There not ready. Plus had to wait 3 more hours so they would finish it the same day. Employees don’t follow directions and they don’t care of customers needs. Poor customer service. Sad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There’s a other customer on front of me with a bad experience with there job.

I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY, WEDNESDAY, JULY 3, 2019!!!! I ordered & paid for my shirts on Saturday. I was told they would be ready today for my daughter's parade tomorrow!!! I went in the store at 6:30pm, told to come back at 7:45pm, so they can design it. My daughter was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT WASN'T ANYWHERE IN THE STORE, IT WAS NEVER CUSTOMED MADE AS PROMISED!!! No apology at all, just refunded, no explanation, NOTHING!!! Luckily, \Baltimore Best\ located in the mall, was able to design it, and have it ready in 20 minutes!!! He was very courteous, professional and friendly!!! I will kindly post again, when I am properly apologized to, from the manager of Stitch & Press!!!

If I could give this place “0” stars I would. I dropped off 9 shirts to be embroidered on August 24, 2019. I was told my order would be complete and ready for pick up on September 2nd.I received a call in the evening on September 1st informing me that my order was not going to be complete and that I should come to pick it up on September 3rd. September 3rd I arrived in the store and was told my order was still not complete. I explained to the manager that the shirts were for my daughters first day of school and that she was starting school the next day. He said that if I could wait 20 minutes he could stitch two shirts and that i could pick up the remaining 7 later in the week. I agreed , left the store to go shopping in the mall and returned in 45 minutes. When I walked in the store the owner was sitting downing the phone laughing having his own personal conversation and the two shirts he promised me would be done still was not. At this point I became upset and demanded my shirts. He hung up the phone went to the sewing machine and yelled at me “Ms things happen in life and the machine is down”. He then went to another sewing machine and started to complete the two shirts. 15 minutes later he gave me the shirts and the stitch was clearly crooked not straight at all. I told him I didn’t want the shirt and he said ok well I will buy you another one I know it was it on sale? At this point I ended up leaving because I was upset. Today September 7, 2019 I went back to the store and my order is still not complete. I was a given a refund and my shirts back. The owner was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The young guy was actually nice and I noticed the owner wanted him to take the fall for his laziness. I will NEVER do business at this location again.

Very unprofessionally ran business I went in early September for a quote on a job, upon finding the store (yes the phone provided is not good) I came into a group of teenagers in the shop playing with their phones while talking to the cashier ( a young man) who seemed to be simply chatting with them and not conducting any business. So I waited a few minutes and browsed the shop (which did not offer a whole lot of to choose from either) and after 5-7 minutes waiting I politely asked the young man \hey can you help me out\? I then asked him about the possibility to do a embroidery job on a wrist band I had brought in as sample, he told me that the owner was not there and that I needed to talk to the owner because he did not know if the job I was asking about was possible to do at the shop. I asked when was the owner returning and he said \he did not know\. I asked for a business card and he said \they didn't have one\ and ripped a piece of paper and wrote a phone number without the owners name. Phone number resulted disconnected also. So there... maybe i came in at the wrong time and during a rough patch, but looking at many reviews here, I would venture to say the business is not ran professionally. Shop at your own risk.
