So I stopped in here to get furniture for my family room. Chrissy was amazing. She explained the pricing and made some suggestions. But pretty much left me to look around until I decided what I wanted, which was great! I was able to get a couch and love seat plus a coffee table with end tables. And they were delivered to my house like 3 hours later! I took off a star due to one of my glass end tables having a big scratch on it. This table is is a corner so it's not noticeable unless you know it's there. Also, took off because of the delivery. They scuffed up my walls (brand new construction) at a couple places bringing in the furniture. They were young men so I was forgiving but it would be nice if they were more mindful. Also, be aware that delivery requires you to lay the delivery person in cash upon delivery. Luckily I actually had cash and didn't need to go get any. Overall, Furniture looks great in my living room. I would shop here again.

I had a great experience in the Essex location I went there a few times undecided and each time Thomas or the lady I do not remember her name but they tried to help me all of the times. The last time I went in was the lucky time and Thomas was the great sales associate that assisted me and my son until I was set Thank you Thomas. The other associates were great I just got Thomas but Dominick and Donner was get and keep GREAT!! energy in the store Thank You again Guys and Lady I am waiting for delivery I am soooo excited!!

I actually really like this store, the sales people are nice and down to earth, its no pressure or somebody on your neck when trying to make decisions. They are knowledgeable as well about the furniture which i think is dope. I've brought a great table and will definitely be back. My experience was great! At least I thought it was a great experience until over a month later I still have no table, they wanted to tell me to continue to wait but someone low key told the truth which was the last table of that kind was sold that day when I've already placed my order for that table, so they aren't going in the order of whom placed the orders they are going by who walks in and buys now! Which is so messed up, I got all of my money back which I deserved for sure. I wouldn't recommend them unless you ask a million questions and especially about policies because they aren't as upfront as I thought, oh and if you have a problem they try and make you thr bad guy in the situation even though they messed up time and time again
