I just moved to the Atruim in Mid-June and I love it - not one complaint. Kinyatta - is the absolute best. It’s Downtown so expect the usual goings on - mind your business and you’ll be fine. The amenities are to die for and ALL UTILITIES are included - welcome home!

I enjoyed my time at the Atrium. The staff were incredibly personable and kind. It’s nice to be home before you even step into your own apartment. The gym was a bit small. The price was definitely affordable. The updated media room was nice. The actual atrium is a serene view from the Juliet balcony. Maintenance was tip top. They were always busy it seemed, but it didn’t hinder them for fixing an issue. Lexington market area is different than other areas. It’s better to approach it with they do them, so go do you.
Moving day is officially here and the Atrium was nothing short of excellent. Being that it was my first apartment and I was nervous the staff made my stay here comfortable. I was born and raised in Baltimore so I know the surrounding areas, don’t let the area push you away. The actual building itself is very clean and quiet. I’ve never had any problems living here. They even have a garage that’s connected to the building and gated so it makes your safety concerns come to ease. One of Baltimore’s best apartments!
Just moved in about two weeks ago. The staff treats myself and son like family. Ms. Daisy is like the mother of the building. Bret is great with my son, the leasing staff made my move in great. The process was almost to good to be true.
This pic from the basement...big brother is watching you...oh, and he's got a bad back...lol
