I needed a mult box for a press conference - I left them a voicemail on a Monday saying it was urgent and to please get back to me ASAP. (even if they could only tell me it was too late!) They called me back on Wednesday, in the middle of the press conference I needed the mult box for... (which I had clearly stated in my message) And then seemed confused when I rushed them off of the phone to continue with the press conference I was running. Not good service. Also frustrating because I called the number for the Baltimore office, got transferred to the main headquarters line, had a live person on the phone who said she couldn't even answer questions about whether I could get a mult box with such a quick turnaround or if they even had any available and the only thing she could do was transfer me to the voicemail that no one seems to check in a timely fashion.
