I’m so late to writing this but I had a pleasant experience with True Essence. I called ahead to see if I could stop by and they were very pleasant with me. They have a huge selection of oils to choose from. I almost bought everything that they presented to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been ordering the 1oz calibrated child resistant dropper tops for some time. On our most recent order we were sent tops that were different than those we had previously ordered. They were impossible to get off the bottle once screwed on. In order to remove them one would need super human strength or you would need to squeeze the top and force it off. This resulted in numerous customer complaints, recalls, and refunds. I have brought it up multiple times to True Essence. They have not offered me a refund despite me not being able to use any of the product I bought from them. They have relayed on two different occasions that this is the only complaint they have received since switching their supplier two months ago and have offered no other assistance. I guess since only one customer is currently complaining they do not believe this is a real issue and will not investigate further. The customer does not matter to this company. DO NOT BUY these tops since they do not work and they do not care to do anything about it.
Been going here for awhile and thought I had finally found a decent place to get quality oils from but I was wrong. My last 2 orders of burning oils were terrible, you burn this stuff and there’s no fragrance because they are putting to heavy of a cut on the oil. I requested a refund for 2 bottles of oil I received that were odorless and was told the refund had been issued. A month later I still haven’t received this refund. I placed an order online and chose the pickup in store option in Baltimore which I have done many times before. I arrive at the store after receiving a call stating that my order was ready. I ask for my order and the guys have no clue of what I’m talking about. My order was at the other store and somehow I should have known that they changed the in store pickup location. I tried supporting a black owned business but this 1 just had too many issues and any complaints made fall onto deaf ears.
