The shed is great. The customer service is probably the worst I’ve seen in a long time. My she was installed in August. The tech did not bring the anchors for which I paid. He told to call and get it scheduled to come back and install the anchors. I did. He returned 5 days later, without the anchors, again! Then from mid-August to mid-November there were a series of email and phone call attempts to get someone out here, or to just get a refund, but no answer or email replies. Finally, after commenting on the customer service website, I got an email from the GM. Then a call from the scheduler that they set a date to install the anchors. That day came and went with no one showing up. Emails unanswered. Phone calls not returned. Finally I got the GM on the phone Monday and he said it was now his number one priority and would call be back on Tuesday with a schedule plan for the anchors. It’s now Thursday evening and I have heard from him. I’ve offered to either install the anchors, or just refund the money. I selected Tuff Shed because of the durability and customer service stories I heard. At this point, I don’t know for what I spent 2600.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE INSTALL!! Be very carefull with this company! They will do a terrjble unsafe job installing something beyond the expectations of the contract and charge you to fix it properly. They will leave an UNUSABLE structure there for weeks and will NOT follow up with you. They are extremely hard to reach and basically have opted to ignore their mistake and hope it goes away. They were meant to level 5-8 inches in my yard....which apparently means \put on concrete blocks.\ Fine thats great. They put the structure on 22in blocks!! Its unsafe and unusable at that height. It was complete before I was notified and THEN the installer said \hey you should pour some footers\ Their solution? Add more blocks, and if it must be moved I have to PAY FOR IT! Pay for it to be moved, partially demoed and rebuilt. Yup. They screwed up and I have to pay for them to fix. Avoid at all cost!!!
They are more than happy to take your money upfront and then basically ghost you until you devote dozens of hours into convincing them to give you a refund, which I'm still waiting for.
Shed was installed beginning of Jan. One door was not cut properly so the guys said someone would be back later that week to finish the job. Here it is the middle of February and after countless phonecalls , we finally got on their schedule to come back out. Needless to say they were a no show , no phone call....nothing. I will never buy from these folks or recommend them to anyone. Their customer service needs major help. So unprofessional.
