Naomi Mcilwain

Mandy Matlock & Laura Fremming are truly the best at what they do. Laura interviewed me for a position and during my interview she found another job that was hiring immediately and she thought I would be perfect for that position, well she was right. Mandy helped with the interview process and making sure my interview went well and it went so well that I had a second interview that she also orchestrated. Due to Laura and Mandy's hard work, responsiveness, professionalism and just over all positive and great energy, I GOT THE JOB ! And the company even increased my asking price. The experience that I had with ultimate was not bad at all. The thing that I was not pleased with is the client they sent me to work for. The position was a call center position that dealt with 3 different credit unions and you had to work with all 3.The pay was great but the company they sent me to work for was unorganized. The training was horrible it was computer based training and after every course there was a quiz at the end there were 3 different trainers the first 2 were awesome but the third trainer did not have any patience at all for us employees that was just learning the systems to deal with the credit unions. They expected you to retain 3 to 4 weeks worth of training squeezed into 4 days which was utterly impossible to do.The position itself was not bad at all. Once you complete the training you are thrown on the phones no side by sides to make sure you have adapted to what you learned or anything. I gave the company 3 stars because it’s not a bad company to work for but the clients they work with need to develop a better training system.

I have experience with a LOT of agencies and I don't think I've ever seen one that operates this FAST! They're really nice and very communicative and quick to respond, but Cassandra is a marketing phenom! I don't think I have seen a recruiter work THIS hard/fast to get me in front of viable clients before as Cassandra has.

I had the opportunity of working with Aamir Williams and I must say even though I wasn't hired for the position I initially applied for I seen something that more then most temp agencies never do and that's truly dedicate themselves to working to help find clients work. I've called and called. Each time \someone will get back to me in a day or two.\ Nothing. And because of this I haven't even been able to meet with someone to get the \help\ they are allegedly meant to provide. First time using a staffing agency and the experience has been an utter waste of time.
