Randy Savage

Henry is great driver. We always had issues with the clothes not getting clean. Not repairing or replacing items that would get damaged over a long period of time. Poor communication with the main office. We were with them for many years and it kept getting worse. So when we cancelled they are trying to hit us with a 6,000 cancellation fee. If you did your job we wouldn't have need to cancel. I would not recommend them to anyone if that is the customer service you get and how you treat a long time customer. Very poor experience overall.

I work for The Grill at Quarterfield Station. We switched to using UniFirst fairly recently. Driver service has been great. Prompt and efficient. Office contact is a little lacking. Always have to wait for a call back vs handling the call at the time. Quality of towels and aprons can be semi hit or miss. More hit than miss. Overall we have been satisfied with UniFirst and plan to continue using them.

He is always on time, removes and replaces things in his way, and is very friendly. He gets in and out promptly and has never left us unhappy.
