I called to make my first order over the phone. The gentleman was extremely nice and respectful. I just ordered deli meat. When I came to pick it up, I was eventually sent to the person at the front of the store who does pick ups. He was not exactly the friendliest. He actually ended up throwing the bag of deli meat onto the counter in front of me which I thought was odd. I went home and opened the foil the deli meat was ont and I was really disappointed. It did not look like meat at all but like extremely processed thin slices of puke colored stuff. Definitely not going back to this place again.

The employees were very helpful. They helped me choose an appropriately sized turkey when I explained how many people I would be cooking for and removed the spine for me at my request.

Love going there, they have the best (raw) steaks in the baltimore area, perfect for a barbecue. Their location is also convenient, they can cut any piece of meat that you want, they have incredibly knowlegable and helpful, friendly and considerate customer service, a great asset to the baltimore community. Keep up the good work.
