One of the most unorganized companies I've worked for. Supervisors are horrible. The operations manager is not cut out for the Job. They dont not care about your life outside of Watkins. They will leave you stuck at a site even if you have no transportation. This company is for young ladies and gentlemen who want experience. Get your guard card and LEAVE. Trust me.
