The absolute worst thing a business can do is not follow their posted hours. Look at these hours in the photo. If I take time out of my weekend and come all the way out of my way to come to your business on your own posted time I should not arrive more than an hour later to find out I've wasted my day. It is 2:59 on Saturday band geeks.
Best service! Super friendly staff, and sometimes the owner would give me free stuff! She got me a reed guard that carries 8 for free! So much better than Collin's for service!
Been sitting outside waiting for them to open, hours say from 10-5 for saturday. No one will answer the phone and no one will open the doors. Guess I'll be hitting the other music store up.
My flute is in there shop and I was supposed to get it on Monday(yesterday) my mom called 5 times to see if it was ready and no answer.And they don’t stick to there hours.
