BEC did a great job managing the rolling black outs during the winter storm last week! It was obvious that they thought through the process and had a plan to minimize the effects of the power outages to their customers. Power outages were short enough and predictable enough to be manageable. Great job!

Excellent emergency management. This February 2021 storm has sent utility companies all over Texas reeling, but BEC has kept rolling shut offs brief and almost predictable. Kudos to the linemen and service techs. You are the envy of utility companies across the state.

This snowpocalypse of 2021 has really made me appreciate BEC. Had power 80-90% of the time at my house. Thankful for all you have done for us!

Great job BEC during this unprecedented weather event in Texas. Coming from southeast Texas and the power never staying on, this is a pleasure. Great work from all BEC employees. Thanks for all you do throughout the year for BEC customers.
