Edgar is the face of customer service! Always super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond job description to give a helping hand! Sean and DJ are also very pleasant every time I get to see them! As far as the storage units and cleanliness definitely a plus! You can’t go wrong with Maine space! You will get treated like a old time friend and greeted with a smile every time!

I’ve used non-climate controlled self storage in the Bangor area for quite some time. But over time my papers, books, clothes, etc. really suffered from lots of temperature and moisture damage. Lots of stuff got ruined. So, fast forward to last month. My life suddenly went into an unexpected transition. Without sharing the personal details, things quickly became a struggle for me. I needed to downsize my old storage and find a better place where my things would be safe. That’s when I found Mainespace. The facility is brand new and beautiful with all of the climate control and security features I was looking for. The staff is really kind and helpful (managers Sean and Brian!) They patiently worked with me to find the right size and price. It may sound funny but I felt really comfortable because they took their time to listen. They cared about me not just my stuff and renting a unit. This new facility is very local and “Maine” in the best sense of the word. And I think they’re great!

I can’t say enough about these guys. I just relocated the entire contents of my home from Madawaska in northern Maine down to Bangor. The move was pretty stressful (as you can imagine!). But the staff at MaineSpace couldn’t have been nicer and more professional-thank you Jenna and Sean! This brand new facility is gorgeous! Climate controlled, safe, really clean and secure. The rates are competitive and affordable which actually kind of surprised me for how nice they are. Full disclosure, I did find slightly cheaper storage in a much less convenient location outside of Bangor but it was so crappy with no onsite manager or climate control. But honestly, it was the managers and how caring and kind they were to me over a period of days during my move-in that I remember most. If you’re moving from northern Maine (or anywhere else for that matter!) these guys are wonderful and the facility is amazing!!!

Sean and DJ are the best! They are very personable and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions! I have used many storages in different states and this was the best one I have used. Not only was the customer service superb but the facility is extremely clean and well kept.

I rented a truck for a move across Maine. Sean and his staff were outstanding and helpful through the whole process. It can be stressful enough to plan for move and having Sean help and give us a good price made that part of moving stress free. We still have more moving to do and will continue to work with Sean and MaineSpace going forward. I would also recommend this process to anyone else as well. Thank you! Frank
