The employee Andrea at this location has gone out of her way on several occasions to make banking easier for me when I had special circumstances needing atypical accommodations. It is very much appreciated and I continue to bank at this location knowing that the experience won't be a hassle.

Saturdays are just bad....they never have enough help....always one Clark and 20 customers waiting in line....SMH!...another thing that I don't understand is that they never have enough 100 bills....for God sake you are a bank....how can you not have 100 bills? Today was my 4th experience like that...the ATM needs to start carrying it....Wells Fargo does it...just saying...and it's right across this bank...

Happy with the service we received at this branch. However, we were upset about BOA’s handling of our 5 year olds savings account. They were charging a 5 monthly Fee. The branch manager was kind enough to review our account and track back when the fee was started and assisted to get a little bit of the money back. Even though we were upset she treated us with the utmost professionalism.
