Bank of America is a horrible bank. They literally lie to there customers and charge fees for their mistakes. I had a corporate Supervisor Josh tell me his agent made a mistake that cost me money. I filed a claim and they gave me a temporary debit card so my account wouldn't get charged for a account that was closed. And the agent didn't do what he should have and my account still got charged. Horrible bank. Please don't bank there. I'm closing my account and go bank elsewhere. You are a corporate Robber.

This bank is closed for two weeks, because an employee tested positive for COVID-19. Only the outside ATM is available. Both the Tulalip and Arlington branches are closed on Saturdays, leaving the Marysville branch as the only one open in the area on Saturday. By the time I got there, the line was out the door, (with social distancing, that is about 10 customers in front of me) and by the time I left almost 30 min later, the line was equally as long behind me, with only two tellers working to assist all these customers.

The Arlington branch is closed. Drive thru at this location closed. Must go inside to do business. So much for the pandemic.

If I could give zero Stars I certainly would! Staff is perfectly friendly and helpful but Bank policies are absurd. I took a check from somebody drawn on Bank of America assuming I could cash it. No, indeed if I wish to cash a check at Bank of America there is an 8 fee for checks drawn on their Institution. This is absurd, a check from Bank of America is not a viable Financial instrument. It is worth something less than the amount it is written for. I will no longer honor any checks or other financial instruments with Bank of America as the guarantor. Avoid doing business with this theiving institution unless you enjoy paying fees, many, many fees!

Never enough tellers EVER. Not gonna sit and wait 20 mins in line to complete my banking. Rather bank elsewhere
