I bought a bowl at Portland Saturday Market and unfortunately, as shown in the photos. The Saturday Market supplied paper bag, broke at the bottom seam while walking back to the car... When I went back to the booth, they at first offered to replace the bowl at no charge. Since each bowl is hand made. Each one is unique in color / design. So, I was unable to get a exact duplicate, but found a similar design in the same size... I deducted a because, after picking out the replacement. The vendor then asked that "I split the difference with him" and "pay cost" for the bowl... After a short discussion about the previous offer and the fact the bag broke, do to no fault of my own. I did get the replacement at no cost...
