I'd give 1 star, but a lady from ultrasound was the one who really helped me, so here is two stars. If you can avoid this emergency room, just do it! I experienced careless and forcing not needed services. Unfortunately, just get from Thompson valley & UCHealth emergency room. I'd give them 7 stars out 5!

My 3 year old son fell today and got his first stitches at Banner ER. The receptionists were so welcoming and pleasant, the intake guy was so great with him making him feel comfortable, his nurse was attentive and playful putting him at ease and his doctor (Hanck) did a beautiful job on the stitches. I was nervous to go here because of the negative reviews, but so glad we did. This will be our go to for emergencies for sure.

Doctor Keith McNabb was the rudest Doctor I have ever seen. I just had surgery and am in a ton of pain and they completely dismissed me. And told me to take more advil.. I am in a ton of pain and basically had to beg for something stronger and dismissed me again. Got very rude and told me if I was in that much pain, he could keep me over night. Basically like I am lying about the amout of pain I am in. My ct scan showed some significant inflammation and basically was told sorry, deal with it. If you ask nice I can prescribe you something. Completely degraded me.... I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor at this facility. What a shame that people who are truly hurting get dismissed.

Go to Poudre Valley Hospital over this place. Delayed care for 5 hrs and sent me home still vomiting without any fluids or IV meds given. Rude staff. Dismissive doctors. Underwhelming support for patients needing an advocate.
