Unnecessary visit then an hour wait at the lab and still sent home without blood work done. I like the staff, they are always friendly and courteous but there's a serious communication disconnect between departments. I was told to recheck blood work in 6 months, so after 6 months I called. Was told there's no blood work order on file so I needed to come for a doctor visit. I did that, then at the office was told the doctor visit isn't necessary (which is what I tried to communicate over the phone in the first place), all I need is blood work and there's an order in the system now. Went for fasted blood work at the same office the next morning and waited for an hour only to be told there's no blood work order in the system after all, was sent home. Lots of time wasted at an unnecessary doctor visit and waiting in line at the lab due to a scheduling and/or communication error.

Nurse Practitioner Kimberly was amazing. She sat and listened, more than most doctors do. She was friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. I have seen other providers in Banner and she is not like them. Also she runs on time usually which is nice. She addressed everything she could in the time frame of the appointment - for me this was 3 things that I was concerned about. The office staff has horrible communication and the person who did blood pressure was rude. Overall, as long as I can see the NP, I think I will be okay here. Also other reviews said she was slow or never responded, I did not experience this. I got responses within minutes to hours when used the portal. I think that Kim and the other doctors deserve more credit than given, its a hard time right now.

The entire staff was great - answered all our first timer questions and I never felt rushed at all!! So happy!!!

Very disappointed with this clinic. I set up appt to see Kimberly Thompson. I requested though telemedicine because I don't drive, have issues with medical transportation and I'm trying to stay home because of my chronic illnesses. I called 3 x to get it set up, I was told it would be set up. It was never set up. I called again, was told it was pending. Then days later I was told provider doesn't do telemedicine. I receive banner emails almost daily suggesting to use telemedicine because of covid. Every time I spoke to someone, she was rude to me and impatient. Don't waste your time going to this location. No wonder their rating numbers are dropping.

I have had a nightmare of an experience with this establishment. Kimberly Thompson is the worst practitioner I've seen and is incredibly incompetent. No one should have to repeatedly remind their "provider" of what they need assistance and help with. There were things that had to be revisited because she forgot to discuss with me and to this day I have not received the proper medication. At some point I just gave up and went elsewhere. Everyone there has terrible communication skills and leaves you with the work of calling and calling trying to get an update. Don't waste your time here.

It’s okay generally, and been coming here for a while. Not many places will take my insurance, and this is more closer to my home. Not a fan at all though of them just stopping your medication so you can be forced to do a check up. Getz is okay though some of the things she says she should do her research more. Thought it was silly one time when she told me not to do HITT exercises cause she told me it was for only really athletic people but by her advice that would mean I have to stay away from something like Zumba since they do HITT workouts. Still be coming here due to my insurance’s limitations.

I would put zero stars if I could. I called in November to make an appointment as a new patient, just moved to the area. They pushed me out to February, then I get a call 2 weeks before they need to reschedule me. They stated the next available date would not be until March. I am sorry but they should have called me and said we can get you in the next day or something sooner. I have never been so disappointed with some place. I have medicine I need refilled and now I have to wait longer to get the medicine. They need to prioritize or do not take anymore new patient's. This place will never get my business. Very upsetting.
