My son, 19, had an appointment. I waited for him in the nearly empty parking lot. There were no patients waiting except my son. The staff was in the back of the office, walked by the waiting room, glanced at my son yet ignored him. His appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and he arrived at 3:45. They said be 10 minutes early and we were 15 minutes early to be on the safe side. It did not help. Those who work there stayed in the back and were talking about my son. Really? How unprofessional can you get? Take the hour drive to Cheyenne or Douglas because this place just keeps getting worse!

Tried to make an appointment this morning with \ urgent care \ pretty much got put on the back burner because I hadn't been to the clinic in a few years! Got told to call back in the morning All I needed was a throat culture
Very kind and caring staff!
They never are open when they say they will be. The answer machine says they are either in a meeting or closed. But if your suppose to be open at 7 maybe u should have someone on the phones then. It’s almost 7:20 am and they still don’t have there phones on!
The doctors and staff are helpful and caring.
