We purchased a couch and 2 rocker recliners from here. Danny and Ana were very nice people. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. We had a lot of questions because we couldn’t decide between two different sets of furniture. Both Ana and Danny looked everything up on the computer and let us know when things would arrive or when they would be eventually in stock. If you don’t see something you like or want it in a different color ask them and they can let you know if what your looking for can be ordered. We had the couch delivered that very same night and were promised the 2 chairs in about 1 week. The chairs arrived 1 day early! We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this place. Owners are very nice and speak English and Spanish. Danny was also very nice when delivering with his helper and made sure we liked everything before he left. Make sure you check this place out I’m happy we found them.

I really like their service, I recently bought a dinning table that was extremely beautiful and good material. They also deliver as soon as possible. And they installed where I want it. With no problem. Assemble it with no extra charge. Super friendly team!!

I could not be happier with my purchase from Falabela. Danny provided 5-star service throughout the whole purchase process, from my first inquiry to final delivery. I live in Orange County and could not travel due to a personal matter so everything was handled remotely. I am the type of person who never leaves reviews, so you can trust me when I say my buying experience was special. I am also the type of person who does a lot of research, asks a lot of questions, and shops for the best price whenever I buy anything; especially when I buy furniture. These days, I am so used to dealing with people who do not answer questions clearly, if they answer at all, and people who act like I’m bothering them. Danny was not like that at all. He responded quickly, accurately, and thoroughly to all of my questions. He sent me photos, dimensions, and other details exactly as I had requested. And Falabela’s prices were far below anybody else’s for the products that I bought. Buying from Falabela really was a delight. Danny provides service the way I wish all retailers and service providers would. I have already recommended Falabela to friends and family. Their store is about 75 miles from my home but I will have no problem making the trip when I am ready to buy again. I highly recommend Falabela Furniture.
