Great store, but man... just because this is a tourist town, doesn't mean that gives "lou" the right to be rude to polite customers. Every store clerk in this entire outlet mall was so great and helpful... even the girl Lou was (most likely) training was much more professional than him. I hate to right a negative review, but I also hate having someone audibly huff and puff when they are waiting on you while giving attitude and making sparky comments. I would completely understand if I were being a jerk or something but this was not the case.

The selection of product found here is outstanding! I've never seen such a wide variety of product anywhere. I can easily get my Christmas shopping for practically everyone on my list in one location! Not only that, but I know this place is locally owned. The staff here support the children's hospitals with toy donations. One of the staff members here told me that that owner himself delivers the toys on Christmas Eve!! Unbelievable! I love shopping here every time I'm in the Dell's and will continue to support such an amazing place!

I went into the store to buy a quick gift for my niece. The staff was very helpful in trying to find a special and unique present. I have never seen so many special toys. A lot of the products are not available in the big box stores. They have hilarious gag gifts for adults, stuff for teens, calendars, and they also have toys for the very young too. When I went to check out, the sales staff asked if I would like to purchase a bear for my niece at a discount price. I could give to my niece or donate to the Children’s Hospital. What a thoughtful store. They had two giant boxes FULL of bears for the kids in hospitals. I will strongly support a store that’s going to put smiles on people’s faces. Young to old. Great place to shop!
