Well after paying 230 for Redwing boots. Less than 4 months later, it's winter. Soaked feet. Took back for Redwing guarantee. He told me to let him see the bottoms. Then told me they are too used! It's been less than 4 months! I feel scammed! This was a rip off. Update. Barebones employee is sadly mistaken as far as not returning boots. Need training on warranty policies as far as Redwing concerned. After much email correspondence I recieved an apology from Redwing and this new pair of boots. Barebones you were wrong. I tried to tell you but you honestly didn't care. Redwing also assured me they would contact you so you don't make these mistakes again costing me my time... Which equals money.
