I recently booked a cabin for a weekend for July 4th weekend I booked this past weekend march 13th I canceled after talking it over with family they charged me a 35 cancel fee and I emailed them asking why if its 14 days you get your full refund well mine was months In advance it's not even camping season and they are giving me a hard time to refund me they say its 35 instead of 45" because I'm canceling withing the time periode" if that's the case they can refund my money I would not recommend this place if its the last place on earth unless you know for sure this is where you want to go and god forbid something happens you will lose all your money I've tried to email and they wont accommodate I guess they really need the money to keep their campground running. this is canceled a day after booking and months in advance!!! They really need to have in their site a cancel button because once your in your charged and screwed!

I just got back from a nice three night stay at White Pines. My husband and I stayed on a tent site with our brother and his fiance. We had so much fun and anything we needed help with we quickly found resolutions and answers. The grounds are well kept, the bathrooms were extremely "corona friendly." By this I mean they had automatic lights, automatic paper towel dispensers and always had paper towels and toilet paper. The staff were great, the other campers were great. Truly cannot wait to return! Update: Return trip #1: more people, STILL SO CLEAN. We have yet to have any reason to complain about White Pines and we cannot wait to go back.

Was a great experience. The pool was one of the best highlights of the trip. Gave it a 4 star just because the website advertised swiming in the pound and is no way yiu could swing there and not get sick. Looked horrible but besides that it was great. Can't wait for the next trip
1st time here, and my kids enjoy themselves. The staff are incredible.
My hubby and I went camping there with the family two years ago. Had a lot of fun and the hubby and I decided to go again this past weekend. Friendly and helpful staff. We met some of the other campers there that are seasonal campers and felt welcomed by them. We will definitely be going back this summer. My daughters and their children might go with us.
Always a great time at the camp grounds. Needed to add a few more things to my comment, the campgrounds very clean great seasonal people in their campers. We were up for Halloween weekend which was amazing to see all the festivities going on children trick or treating it was a blast. This was our fifth year consecutively going up and it seemed it gets better every year, they just put in Wi-Fi which makes it a little better of a stay home away from home. The tent site are all great no complaints can't wait to come back next year thank you to the staff and all that make this place the great campsite it is
